How to sign up

To register for Certificates of Origin

Before a company can apply for a Cert of Origin certain information is required by the chamber :

1. An Indemnity Form must be completed by the company.
   This is available from Athlone Chamber and is renewed annually.
2. A list of authorised signatories for the company on the company's headed paper.
3. Any of these people can sign the (pink) application form of the European Certificate of Origin.
   The blue and green copy of the Arab-Irish Certificate of Origin must be signed.
4. If the company is not a Chamber member we do require some added information.
