Pascal is running a series of Saturday cooking workshops over the coming months. Participants will see the recipes demonstrated and also get an opportunity to participate in their creation!

The workshops run from 10.00 to 4.00 and include lunch in the Garden Room restaurant, recipe notes and samples to take home (if they haven’t all been eaten in the course of the day). The cost per workshop is €100 and spaces are strictly limited.

CELT (Centre for Environmental Living and Training) tree nursery specialises in native trees of certified Irish origin.  2010 is EU Year for Biodiversity and now is the time to plant.  A wide range of trees and shrubs of various sizes are available and large numbers of bare-root plants can be sent by post to anywhere in Ireland.  Information and advice can also be provided.
