The Misneach Centre

The Misneach Centre, founded by award-winning psychotherapist Anita Lynch, is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional therapy services for individuals, couples, and adolescents in the heart of the Midlands. Offering a team of 14 skilled psychotherapists, the centre provides both face-to-face and online therapy, alongside low-cost counselling options under expert supervision.

In addition to individual therapy, The Misneach Centre hosts specialist support groups, including bereavement support in partnership with South Westmeath Hospice and a safe space for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. With a name meaning "Courage" in Gaelic, the centre stands as a beacon of bravery, healing, and transformation within the community.
